How long does setup take?

Can I customize the interview questions?
Yes. Use our AI-generated template or fully customize the questions, difficulty, and AI persona. You can create multiple personas for different roles or hiring styles.
Does it automatically reject candidates?
Never. The AI ranks and recommends — it doesn't reject autonomously. Every rejection requires a human to approve it. This is a deliberate design decision for compliance and fairness.
What happens if someone hits their cap mid-hiring-cycle?
No hard cutoffs. Overage is charged at $2.50 per additional AI interview so you're never blocked mid-process. We notify you when you're approaching your cap.
How does this handle NYC Local Law 144, EEOC, etc.?
